Please respect our neighbors and keep noise considerate indoors and outdoors. Guest eligibility: We do not accept reservations from local residents. Please review this restriction before booking. Smoking: No smoking inside the home. If smoking outside, use the designated disposal containers and leave the area clean. A $200 fee applies to improper disposal of smoking materials. Meals: Please enjoy food in the kitchen, dining, or living areas rather than the bedrooms. Dispose of food waste in the designated bins. Property care: Treat the home, furnishings, and outdoor areas with care. Report damage or maintenance concerns promptly. Charges may apply for damage or excessive cleaning, subject to the booking platform's policies. Trash: Use the green bin for trash and blue bin for recycling, located by the sidewalk. Please collect any litter from the home and yard. Laundry: The washer/dryer is an all-in-one unit. Use small loads, avoid overfilling, and allow extra time for the drying cycle.
